Privacy
CosmoINT collects information needed to operate accounts, provide requested services, prevent abuse, respond to support and maintain billing records.
- Account and application data may be stored with Firebase or other disclosed service providers.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. CosmoINT does not receive or store complete card numbers.
- We do not sell personal information.
- Access, correction or deletion requests can be sent to support@cosmoint.com, subject to security and legal retention duties.
Terms of service
Use CosmoINT services lawfully and do not interfere with accounts, infrastructure, intellectual property or other users.
- You are responsible for your account access and information you submit.
- Features may evolve as products move from development to release.
- Reflective and evidence-support products are auxiliary tools; they do not replace medical, legal, financial or licensed professional judgment.
- Abusive, fraudulent or security-threatening use may be limited or suspended.
Trials, cancellation and refunds
Eligible recurring Premium plans include a seven-day free trial with a payment method required at signup.
- No subscription fee is charged during the trial.
- Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.
- Subscriptions can be canceled before a future renewal; access normally continues through the paid period.
- For an incorrect charge or refund request, contact support promptly. Eligibility depends on the product, usage, purchase terms and applicable law.
- Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method.
Effective July 16, 2026. CosmoINT may update these policies as products and legal requirements evolve. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
